No journey is traveled alone. In addition to therapy and being in community, we’ve found additional resources that have helped us get to a place of recovery. Scriptures, songs, videos, and books all have roles to play as we journey to a place of mental health. These resources are best utilized in conjunction with your spiritual walk, journaling, and therapy.  Most of these resources have been utilized personally or in support groups we work with; others are from trusted sources.
